Hired as a Sales Assistant intern in Thera Conseil Biomerieux’s event management company. During six month in 2014, my role was to help the regional sales representative with ongoing tasks.
My primary responsibility was to handle the communication campaign for the current project: the “Rencontres Francophones sur le Répit”. As a first edition around Palliative care, we managed to gather around 300 professional care-takers and living-aids. In direct contact with the client, we designed the visual and tone of voice of the campaign communication.
On the media side, the campaign contained three main organic mediums: Social Media, Emailing, Phoning.First, Social Media (Linkedin, Facebook) serving as a platform to increase our reach. We also asserted the event spokesman as an influencer for the sector. I handled his community management for which I ran my first Growth Hacking attempts. Then, we used broad Emailing strategy to identify leads. Next, using MailChimp reporting features, we rated our leads’ temperature and picked-up the phone for a more personalised touch. Finally, we ran a surgical emailing campaign with personalised (yet automated) on our lower-funnel prospects.
Afterwards, using pre-GDPR method and same lead-rating technic, i was involved in prospecting towards healthcare decision makers to identify potential leads in future events.
